Every roof we clean is different — different property, different tile type, different growing conditions, different degree of accumulation. These are some of the most recent projects we have completed. Each one is documented with before and after photography, a written treatment record and full DDAC biocide protection applied as standard.

Whether the property is a semi-detached in Beaconsfield or a large executive home in Virginia Water, the process is identical. What changes is the time it takes — not the standard.
We assess the roof in person before providing a quote — tile type, moss density, mortar condition, structural concerns. Drone where suitable.
All moss removed by hand using the carbon fibre pole system. Methodical. Section by section. No high-pressure water on the tile surface.
Controlled rinse to clear fine residue and prepare the tile surface for biocide treatment. Calibrated to the tile type throughout.
Professional DDAC biocide applied to the full treated surface. Inhibits regrowth for 2–4 years. Not a domestic product.
The pattern across every case study on this page is the same: a homeowner who chose a specialist, received a proper survey, had the work done correctly, and has a documented result to show for it.
Every project on this page included professional DDAC biocide treatment as a standard element of the service — not an optional add-on. This is the single biggest factor in how long the results last.
The carbon pole system used on every project does not apply pressurised water to the tile surface. It is safe for clay, slate, reclaimed and concrete tiles — confirmed by survey before work begins.
Every project receives before and after photography, a written treatment record confirming product and date, COSHH documentation and a homeowner aftercare guide. Standard. Not optional.
Every project on this page was quoted after a free, in-person survey of the specific roof — not by phone, not from photos. A fixed price based on what we found when we looked.
Every project comes with 12-month treatment support. If any early regrowth appears within the first twelve months, we return to assess and advise at no charge.
Our Google reviews reflect the standard of the work on these pages. The recurring themes — thoroughness, honest communication, documented results — are the same on every job.
Replace the placeholder reviews below with real Google reviews from completed projects. Match the review to the location where possible for maximum local relevance.
“[Paste a real Google review here. Choose one that mentions the specific result, the method used, or the documentation provided. The more specific the detail, the more trust it builds with prospective customers reading this page.]”
“[Paste a second real Google review here. Ideally from a different area to the first, and with different specific detail. A review that mentions biocide treatment or the before/after documentation works particularly well on a projects page.]”
“[Paste a third real Google review here. A review that mentions the survey process, the communication, or the improvement in the property’s appearance rounds out the set well.]”

If your roof has visible moss, hasn’t been professionally treated in the last few years, or was cleaned previously without biocide treatment, the right first step is a free survey. We assess your roof in person, explain exactly what we find and what we recommend, and provide a clear, fixed written quote with no obligation to proceed.
